making final touches to the PIU ruleset. i am really happy with it. i don't think the maps can look much more human-like. and with the mods, i think you can practice pretty much every pattern that you'd see in real charts.

it's also great cardio with no-bar (no-folding-chair). just make the foot movements exaggerated and very clear, especially vertically. also makes sure that you aren't mashing notes.

i really like duel in the new update. both the songs and the charts.

solo terraforming mars is kind of dull. 2-player is ok.

got a zojirushi. 100% worth it. you can throw a grain, raw meat, and raw vegetables in it and everything comes out perfect.

focusing on taking standing breaks again, every 20 min with the built-in windows alarm app. i feel like there's some weirdness around walking around in the office frequently, but i think it's good for your health (a1c, ldl, and eyesight).

i think it's improtant to not only get 8+ hours of sleep, but also to go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. if you don't, then the 8 hours isn't enough.
